How long does your subscription last?
- Our subscriptions last 8 months. April through November.
What areas do you service ?
- We serve most areas of downtown Columbus. These include German Village, Marion Village, Brewery District, Short North, Victorian Village, Harrison West, University District, Old North Columbus, Italian Village, Grandview, Near East Side, Franklinton and more. If you don't see your neighborhood just ask!
Do you include mulching?
- Yes! We negotiate on your behalf with a third party who provides the mulch services. This is an extra cost and is priced by the estimated number of 2 cu ft. bags required to complete your mulching. The cost is $7 per bag and that includes the mulch, delivery and installation.
How will I be communicated with?
- We will communicate with you via text message to let you know what day we will be arriving. We will need your permission to have open access to your yard on the day of service to complete our work. You will be notified 3 days out, 1 day out and the day of each service.
Can I re-schedule?
- We discourage rescheduling of service as much as possible. Our model is designed to be quick and efficient. That is how we keep prices down. If you need to reschedule we will do our best to accommodate. If for some reason we cant. We will refund you for our missed visit.
What do you do with the yard debris?
- After we collect the grass clippings, weeds, leaves, sticks and other debris we will pack them in yard bags and set them by your trash. Most of downtown Columbus has either weekly or bi-weekly yard waste pick up.
What hours and days do you operate?
- We work mostly Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. Occasionally we may need to work on a Saturday or Sunday during the same hours if we have bad weather during the week.
How does billing work?
- You will be set up on a automated subscription payment that will be billed at the beginning of each month.
Can I cancel?
- Yes, cancel anytime. If you have already paid for your month of service we will continue service or refund you for that month.
How do you control weeds?
- We remove weeds with our string trimmer, and our hands. We also use a pet safe vinegar based natural weed killer to help manage them
We have a bunch of leaves in the fall, do you remove them?
- Yes, we bag all your leaves. If you have the bi-weekly service you may be required to shift to weekly service in the month of November to allow us to better manage the falling leaves.
