How long does the subscription last?

Our subscription season runs April 1 through November 30 — a full 8 months of consistent care.

What areas do you service?

We serve most neighborhoods in and around downtown Columbus, including:  

German Village, Marion Village, Brewery District, Short North, Victorian Village, Harrison West, University District, Old North Columbus, Italian Village, Grandview, Near East Side, Franklinton, and more.  

If your neighborhood isn’t listed, just ask — we’re happy to confirm.

Do you include mulching?

Yes, as an add on service.

We secure discounted mulching rates through our trusted third‑party partners. Your price is based on the estimated number of 2 cu. ft. bags needed for your yard. Service includes mulch, delivery, and complete installation.

How do you control weeds?

We manage weeds using a combination of string trimming, hand removal, and a pet‑safe, vinegar‑based natural weed killer.

Do you remove leaves in the fall?

Yes — all leaves are bagged during your scheduled visits.  

If you’re on bi‑weekly service, you may need to switch to weekly service in November to keep up with heavy leaf fall.

What do you do with yard debris?

All grass clippings, weeds, leaves, sticks, and other debris are bagged and placed by your trash for city yard‑waste pickup.  

Most downtown neighborhoods have weekly or bi‑weekly yard‑waste collection.

How will I be communicated with?

We send text message notifications before each visit:

  • 3 days before
  • 1 day before
  • The morning of service

We’ll need your permission for open access to your yard on service days.

Can I reschedule?

We try to minimize rescheduling to keep our routes efficient and prices low.  

If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to accommodate.  

If we can’t make the new time work, we’ll refund you for the missed visit.

What hours and days do you operate?

Our standard hours are Monday–Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.  

If weather delays us, we may occasionally work Saturday or Sunday during the same hours.

How does billing work?

You’ll be set up on an automated monthly subscription, billed at the beginning of each month.

Can I cancel?

Yes — cancel anytime.  

If you’ve already paid for the month, we’ll either continue service through the end of that month or refund you, whichever you prefer.
